- Design and lead advanced projects for display light sources (BLU composed of LEDs), reliability evaluation, and quality improvement
- Development and mass production reliability assurance and approval of BLU for LCM

√ Required Knowledge
- Understanding of LCD display product design structure and key component manufacturing processes
· LED-based driving circuit design, device structure, and LED fab processes
- Degree in electrical/electronic engineering/display engineering/light source materials
- Understanding of circuit theory or electromagnetism

- Minimum 3 years of experience in display-related light source design (preferred with relevant certifications)

√ Position Summary
- Professional with a foundation in electrical/electronics/semiconductor/display engineering technologies, who has experience in product commercialization PM roles at related product manufacturers through development experience with LCM/light source/optics/circuit development of TV/monitor display panels (LCD, OLED).
√ Responsibilities
- Design and execution of advanced & commercialization projects for LCM/light source/optics/circuit for displays, reliability, evaluation, quality improvement, and competitive product comparison evaluation
- Development of various LCM element technologies and securing and approval of mass production reliability of components
- Development of new materials/technologies for various constituent parts and collaboration and verification with partner companies
- Development leader in related development work sections
