工作职责:
1、 参与网络和云相关项目规划阶段的实施方案计划过程，确保前端方案有完整传递给相关方，且方案具备可落地性
2、 管控项目成本，在预算范围内调度人力/物力
3、 按照公司标准操作程序高效工作；
4、 合理管理公司进行中的项目的时间进度，确保项目按进度计划有序进行和实施；
5、 通过定期会议和日常沟通与供应商和服务对象之间建立并维护关系，合理管理服务对象的期望；
6、 负责项目中各部门之间的联络，以确保运作顺利进行；
7、 快速识别项目交付中的风险，并为其提供有效的解决方案确保项目顺利交付。

任职资格:
1、 大学本科以上学历，3年左右项目协调相关工作经验；
2、 相关行业工作经验，比如电信、云计算、ISP等行业优先；
3、 出色的沟通协调能力、解决问题能力和基本的线路排障能力，有责任心，做事仔细；
4、 熟悉项目管理工作流程及相关专业领域的知识和工具，有PMP证书优先；
5、 有良好的冲突管理能力及决策能力优先；"

Job Title: Project Manager
About the job
· Lead end-to-end delivery of NIQ measurement/tracking products and enhancement, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals and strategies
· Take full ownership of overall schedule, cost and quality across multiple concurrent workstreams;
· Proactively identify risks and drive timely, effective problem resolution to ensure disciplined delivery
· Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve competing priorities to enable timely and effective decision-making
· Manage evolving scope and dependencies, ensuring delivery stability despite changing requirements and constraints
· Ensure governance and transparency through structured reporting, clear risk visibility, and actionable insights to support stakeholder decision-making, while adhering to NIQ standards and methodology
· 负责NIQ测量/追踪产品及其改进的端到端交付，确保高质量成果，并与业务目标和战略保持一致
· 全面负责多个并行工作流的整体进度、成本和质量管理
· 主动识别风险，并推动及时且有效的问题解决，确保交付过程规范有序

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or above
· 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in data or analytics product environments
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects with strong execution discipline
