山东农业大学农学院Yakov和宁堂原教授博士后招聘启事

研究领域：土壤碳循环过程与机制、根际土壤-植物-微生物互作、农业系统与农业生态学、盐碱土改良与生态修复。

招聘岗位：3-5个全职职位。

任职要求：拥有土壤学、环境科学、生态学、农学、生物学等相关专业博士学位（获得时间不超过3年，或预计2026年7月前获得），年龄35岁以下，以第一作者身份发表至少1篇SCI收录论文,具备良好的英语能力和实验操作技能。

薪酬福利：税前年薪18万-35万元人民币（根据学术成果分档发放；入选国家级人才计划者可享受额外补贴）。

福利待遇：缴纳社会保险，提供周转公寓，子女可优先就读学校附属中小学

科研支持：最高20万元科研启动经费，可依托国家级科研平台开展研究，可联合指导研究生。

Postdoctoral Position

College of Agronomy, Shandong Agricultural University, Tai’an

Research Areas

• Soil carbon cycle processes and mechanisms, 

• Rhizosphere soil-plant-microbe interactions, 

• Farming system and agroecology, 

• Saline-alkali soil improvement and ecological restoration

Vacancies: 3-5 Positions, full-time work

Qualifications

• PhD degreein soil or environmental sciences, ecology, agronomy, biology (awarded within 3 years or expected by July 2026)

• Age below 35

• At least 1 first-author paper in SCI journals

• Proficiency in English and lab skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:Annual pre-tax salary of RMB 180,000-350,000 (~ 26,000-50,000 US$) (before tax; tiered based on academic achievements; additional subsidies for national talent program winners)

• Welfare:Full social insurance, provide rental apartments, and priority access to university-affiliated schools for children

• Research Support:Up to RMB 200,000 (~ 29,000 US$) startup funding, access to national-level labs, and opportunities to co-supervise graduate students
