同步上线《出入境审批》《境外员工休假(返探亲)》模块,大幅提升审批效率。针对境外常驻人员、涉密人员,依托智能行前提醒系统开展模拟演练与考核,确保全员 100% 通过保密能力测试并签署《行前提醒智能系统保密承诺书》,织密风险网络,借助五矿e学平台开展出国前考试,筑牢外事业务合规防线。加强与中冶外事处及业内单位的沟通对接,持续夯实业务根基,本年度单位外事专办员在中冶外事系统业务考试中位列第 4 名。

完善监督,健全干部管理机制。坚持严管厚爱结合、激励约束并重,抓实关键人、关键处、关键事。完成干部任前谈话15人次,开展境外身份专项整治,组织开展2024年度“一报告两评议”工作,做好结果分析与整改提升,切实发挥监督实效。

组织开展全员综合考核工作。制发《年度全员综合考核实施细则》,首次将外语能力纳入考核体系。2024年度共124人参与述职述廉,48人采用英语、俄语、法语等多语种述职,其中19名试用期转正新员工以全英文完成考核述职,年度外语述职率达40%。2025年度全体员工外语述职率达65%,科员级外语述职率达71%,近两年外语培训成效显著。
