技能与知识：
熟悉铸造或重工业制造工艺
熟练使用APQP， PPAP， SPC， FMEA， MSA等质量工具。
•了解ISO 9001， ISO 14001, IATF 16949， AS9100或其他行业特定的质量管理体系。
对材料，生产工艺和统计过程控制（SPC）有深刻的理解。
有供应商审核和资格认证的经验。
熟练阅读和解释工程图纸和规范。
具有较强的分析和解决问题的能力，有RCA和CAPA方法的经验。
能够阅读和理解工程文件，如图纸，规范和CAD模型
有能力对供应商进行质量审核，以确保产品和服务符合所有适用的Bradken和/或当地法规标准
•具有良好的沟通能力，能够在跨文化团队中领导跨职能活动。

Identify suppliers and manage performance management of supplier agreements and metrics.
Key tasks include:
• Identify, summarize and analyze key technical capabilities of potential suppliers
• Accurately update and maintain supplier matrix and scorecard system based on key capability indicators
• Identify and qualify outsourced manufacturing facilities for Bradken products, in accordance with agreed upon strategy
• Interact with third-party suppliers using applicable systems (document transfer, quotation forms, quotation registration, etc.)
Audit supplier compliance.
Key tasks include:
• Conduct supplier audits according to the supplier product quality audit plan
• Review supplier technical responses to RFQs to ensure key technical inputs are met or deviations captured
• Capture and report supplier metrics (quality, safety, etc.)
Quality control of supplier products.
Key tasks include
• Assist with maintenance inspection tool registration (tracking asset location and calibration needs)
• Conduct product first article inspection and generate first article inspection report; submit for review and approval
• Provide technical support to the incoming inspection team as required
• Review incoming inspection reports
Respond to requests for technical information from suppliers and Bradken employees as needed
Planning work content 20%
• Plan, prioritize and execute tasks according to agreed team priorities and daily/weekly work plans
People management and organization 10%
