Work You'll do:

• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.

• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for clients

• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

• Collaborating with other teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

We are looking for someone with

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in customer experience / UX / UI design

• Solid experience in user research such as Voice of the Customer surveys, focus groups, workshops, etc.

• Good knowledge of user interface design patterns, standard UCD methodologies, interaction models

• Experience in developing rapid prototypes (i.e., Invision, Principle, etc.) as well as creative software (i.e., Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.)

• Strong understanding of AI-driven design tools and their application in enhancing user experiences

• Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed; ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)

• Strong oral and written communication skills, both in English and Cantonese
