• For Operation 运营方面:
o Lead the team to support the operation of the workshop and to manage the production process, including organizing and coordinating staff relations, maintaining, and improving production equipment, maintaining a clean and tidy factory environment, strictly abiding by operating procedures, etc. 领导团队对工厂运作的支持，负责管理生产过程，包括组织协调员工关系、维护和改进生产设备、维持工厂环境整洁、严格遵守操作规程等等

• For Planning 计划方面:
o Control and feedback the developed plans, follow up the project operation status, collect and summarize the work reports of each department and each project. Timely warning of target

岗位职责：
1、负责定制家具产品的生产安排和管理工作，保证按时交货；
2、负责车间部门的日常管理，包括人员搭配、工作任务安排、相关考勤考核等工作；
3、负责制定和完善车间部门相关的规章制度和工作流程，并确保其有效执行；
4、负责协调各部门之间的关系，确保生产系统协调高效运转；

岗位要求：
1、有全屋定制家居生产企业管理经验，懂全屋定制家居生产各环节；
2、熟悉工厂设备及生产流程，能够对生产各环节进行把控；

4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够妥善处理各种突发状况；
5、具有较强的责任心和上进心，能承受较大的工作压力；
6、本科以上学历（特别优秀者可放宽至大专学历）；

职责描述：
1、执行生产计划：根据生产计划，提前复核生产所需人员、机器、原材物料符合要求。严格执行生产计划，对影响生产计划实施的问题及时反馈并协助解决。
2、质量管理：严格按照生产工艺流程执行，作好生产员工的质量培训，提高员工的质量意识，开展自我检查并落实各项问题整改。
3、安全管理：执行生产安全管理制度，对相关机器操作人员培训正确操作知识，及时发现安全隐患，定期对本部门同事进行安全生产的教育培训工作，不断加强员工安全意识，确保安全文明生产。
4、团队管理：执行线员工培训、考核、制度落实工作，提高员工技能和整体素质。定期与员工进行工作交流，了解员工思想情况，辅导员工稳定工作，关注员工身体、思想异常，及时纠偏与反馈，保持团队的凝聚力、活力和执行力。
5、做好生产数据的统计工作，监督各车间对基数数据的采集，并及时分析、总结用于指导生产工作，从而不断提高生产效率、成本管控。
任职要求：
1、大专学历，食品、生物、化学、工程等相关专业，2年及以上食品行业工作经验。
2、熟悉食品生产线基础业务，能灵活运用5S现场管理、安全管理等工作方法。
3、工作态度：有高度的工作责任心和投入度，执行力强，积极向上，诚信务实，有正气，有良好的亲和力，具备一定的抗压能力。"
