Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments—theoretical, technical, and operational—for drug targets and new drug development projects; draft project initiation reports, execution plans, and timelines.
Lead and drive the entire new drug R&D pipeline, covering target selection and project initiation, hit‑to‑lead and lead optimization, patent strategy, nomination of preclinical candidates (PCC), advancement through preclinical studies, and IND filing.
Author and review all regulatory submission dossiers; ensure the completeness, scientific rigor, and accuracy of all original R&D records and data.
Ensure the efficient progress of early‑stage discovery programs, meeting critical milestones; support business development efforts for out‑licensing or partnership deals.
Build and maintain strategic collaborations with global academic research institutes, contract research organizations (CROs), and key opinion leaders (KOLs); integrate internal and external resources to accelerate R&D timelines.
Attract, mentor, and retain top scientific talent; foster a high‑performance team with an international perspective, scientific discipline, and an innovative mindset.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Chemistry, Neurobiology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field. Overseas education or research experience is strongly preferred.
At least 5 years of drug discovery and development experience in CNS, cardiovascular, or liver therapeutic areas, with a proven track record at the Director level or above in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
Demonstrated success in obtaining IND approval for a Class 1 innovative drug (Phase I) . Experience in NDA project management is a significant plus.
In‑depth knowledge of preclinical development regulations and guidelines (applicable to both small molecules and biologics).
Strong scientific insight with the ability to translate emerging science into actionable R&D strategies, and to critically evaluate external collaboration and licensing opportunities.
Cross‑disciplinary experience combining AI and experimental sciences is highly desirable, including familiarity with high‑throughput screening and data‑driven decision‑making in R&D.
1、博士及以上学历，化学，神经生物学、免疫学、细胞生物学、分子生物学等相关专业； 有海外留学经验（佳），在新药研发企业担任过总监及以上管理职位。
2、5年以上CNS、心血管或肝脏领域药物开发经验；经历临床研发、注册申报，具有获得I类创新药I期IND批件的成功经验，有NDA项目管理经验者更佳；
3、熟悉新药临床前研究（不限定生物药）的相关法律法规及有关研究指导原则；
4、具备敏锐的科学洞察力，能将前沿科学转化为研发策略，并能对外部合作机会做出精准评估。
具备AI与实验科学交叉背景者优先，熟悉高通量筛选、数据驱动决策在研发中的应用。
