工作岗位职责：
1、中压大功率电力电子技术预研；
2、开发有市场竞争力的中压功率变换先进技术，进行专利申请；
3、在先进产品原型样机中应用开发的先进技术；
4、与相关团队密切协作，完成样机功率硬件的设计、仿真、样制与系统调试；
3）工作技能：
1、熟悉常规大功率交直流电力电子拓扑与工作原理;
偏功率模块开发，有以下类似：驱动，并联，碳化硅（英文SiC），器件并联，高压辅助电源，旁路LLC,CLLC,DAB,MMC,HVDC,IGCT,CHB,ISOP,SST,MVD,STATCOM,SVG,APF,PCS，储能变流器，光伏逆变器，制氢电源，谐振变换器，中压级联，充电模块，电能路由器等项目经验者优先考虑。
2、熟悉Altium Designer/MATLAB-SIMULINK/SIMetrix-SIMPLIS等工具，掌握基础测试工具（如万用表、示波器、信号发生器等）的使用;
3、具备良好的专业英文文献阅读能力
4、具备良好的沟通、协调能力和团队合作意识，具备较强的执行能力。"

任职要求：

•\tStrong programming experience in C or C++.
•\tFamiliarity with software Development tools, defect tracking tools. (such as JIRA, Git, Keil, IAR, etc.)
•\tKnowledge of different microprocessors. (e.g. NXP, ST, etc.)
•\tKnowledge of protocols like Hart, FF, PF.
•\tFamiliarity with firmware testing methodologies.
•\tExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills."
