- 主导跨境数据分级分类、脱敏防泄露项目，护航海外业务合规运营。

我们寻找的画像：

- 经验：8年以上企业安全实战，3年以上安全部门负责人经验，有完整安全体系从0到1搭建的实操案例（制度、流程、技术栈并行）。
- 技术广度：精通云安全、工控/生产网安全、渗透测试、漏洞管理；熟悉《数安法》《个保法》及欧盟/美国合规要求。
- 软实力：能用英语与海外团队顺畅沟通，擅长跨文化、跨部门（法务、业务、网安）协同。
- 加分项：实体制造业/出海企业/上市公司背景，持有CISSP、CISM、等保测评师证书者优先。

🔥 HIRING: Global Head of Information Security | US$1M+ OTE | Group Headquarter Role

I’m exclusively retained by a global new-energy technology group (A-share listed, with 50%+ revenue from overseas)to fill a critical IT & Information Security Director role. This is NOT a routine SOC manager position – it’s a ground-up build (0→1) of an enterprise-wide security framework for a rapidly expanding multinational manufacturer.

Why this role stands out:

- Strategic ownership – You will architect and orchestrate security across network, data, application, and endpoints for 50+ global sites, smart factories, and cloud platforms. Security will be embedded into the company’s digital transformation and overseas M&A integration.
- High-growth environment – The group is in a “digital upgrade + aggressive global expansion” phase. You will have full budget authority, C-level visibility, and a dedicated team of 15–20 professionals managing a global scope (50% international operations).
- Top-tier compensation – Annual package starting from RMB 1,000,000 (negotiable + equity/performance incentives). Fast-track interview process – 3 weeks from application to offer.

Your core deliverables:

- Lead full-stack security architecture (network, cloud, endpoints, production/OT environments) and drive compliance with MLPS 2.0, ISO27001, GDPR, and U.S. Executive Order 14117.
- Build a 24/7 incident response & red-team/blue-team capability; integrate security into R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Oversee cross-border data classification, lifecycle protection, and dynamic desensitization to ensure global regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate:

- 8+ years of enterprise security experience, with at least 3 years as a department head and proven success in building a security system from scratch (policies, tech stack, and people).
- Deep hands-on expertise in cloud security, OT/industrial network security, penetration testing, vulnerability management and compliance frameworks (China PIPL/DSL, GDPR, U.S. regulations).
- Strong English communication skills – able to lead global team meetings and align with overseas legal/ business teams.
- Preferred backgrounds: Manufacturing, consumer electronics, automotive, or any “going-global” industrial sector. Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or MLPS assessor are a strong plus.
