Purpose of Job / Job Summary:
• Be responsible for delivering projects related to new channel setup and channel refurbishment.
• Ensure the projects delivery with right quality, cost, lead time and properly ramp up
• Extensively cooperate with related functions in the factory and outside factory including but not limited to country purchasing team, BU colleagues, suppliers, etc.
• Manager issues and track action plan for ETO project
• Escalate when necessary to project manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define a clear master project schedule and strictly follow up it to ensure no delay of the ETO project
2. Follow the different team functions to have all the project documents on time
3. Define and coordinate all the, temporary or permanent, team functions needed by the project
4. Coordinate the functions to complete the activities for ETO project on time, include process flow definition/layout/Control plan/WI/Package etc
5. Coordinate and warranty the Machine/channel tooling/ guage purchasing and building on time
6. Leader BOM/routing creation, and part number of FG released at ERP systom
7. Release purchasing request to purchasing department for supplier tooling
8. Release purchasing request to purchasing department for components
9. Budgets follow up and cost control for the project
10. Coordinate and warranty that the People Hiring and Training arrangements for production, quality and maintenance, will be done on time and following all the SKF procedures and standards
11. Follow and report all the project activities by using regular meeting and open issues list formats until project SOP
12. Ensure that all engineering and quality documents are ready before the project SOP
13. Follow and support, project ramp up, sample deliver to client, customer audit, corrective action, increase the production efficiency to the target, by regular meeting with the involved team functions by following open issues list documents
14. Realize all the documents related to the project management and follow up
15. Coordinate and warranty that all the needed machine and tooling Spare parts are defined, order and arrived on time
16. Manage and drive Project meeting, internally with project team and externally with foreign support
17. Release and prepare documents or information related to the project when require by BU functions and Top Management
18. lead the implementation of ECN which be informed to customer
19. Define and underline all the alerts or any deviation or risk for the project by reporting to the management, requiring and identifying specific support actions or solutions to the team and management
20. Finish the task assigned by direct superior
Requirements:
• Mechanical background, with bearing manufacturing is preferred
• At least 3 years working experience as a project leader in a foreign company
• Fluent English in oral and written
• Familiar with on site production, quality, manufacture process ,maintenance management
• Having the ability to understand drawings is preferable.
• Basic knowledge for manufacture ,purchasing, supply chain
• Fluent use of Microsoft Office application. ( Excel, Power point )
• Skills on Multifunctional Team management
• Good communication skills
• Result oriented approach
• Good skills to deal with conflicts

Must-have skillsets:

•\tExcellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills

Minimum requirements/Qualification
•\tBachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Technology
•\tAt least 8 years of relevant experience in web application design and implementation, experiences with Guidewire Insurance Suite products
