职责描述:
1.紧密与客户、业务伙伴合作，深刻理解用户需求，主导关键模块/项目的技术方案设计、原型验证与方案评审；在既定项目计划下，推动高质量交付与落地。
2.作为项目/领域的技术负责人，参与软件开发全生命周期工作（需求澄清、设计、开发等），对交付质量、进度风险与技术结果负责，确保符合公司与行业标准。
3.在架构师/技术体系指导下，负责关键系统/模块的架构设计与持续优化，推动架构标准在项目中的一致性落地（如代码规范、分层设计、接口规范、安全与性能基线等）。
4.\t承担复杂问题的定位与攻关：疑难缺陷排查、性能瓶颈分析、稳定性提升、线上问题应急与复盘；沉淀可复用的解决方案与最佳实践。
5.推动持续改进与技术创新：引入/推广新的开发工具、工程实践与方法，为流程优化提供建议并推进落地。
6.以“技术影响力”赋能团队：进行技术分享与知识传承，帮助团队成员提升工程能力，提供技术指导与评审把关（如Design Review、Code Review）。
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备快速学习能力与强烈的交付意识。
2.7年及以上软件开发经验，具备在开发团队中的成熟实战经验；精通面向对象编程，精通一种或多种编程语言，熟悉主流开发方法与工程化实践。C#语言优先。
3.熟悉 .C#和VS框架者优先
4.熟悉前端基础技术，能与前端/全栈协作完成端到端交付。
5.具备AI编程经验者优先
6.具备优秀的调试与问题定位能力、系统性解决问题能力，能够独立主导复杂模块/项目的方案设计与落地。
7.良好的沟通与协作能力，能有效管理客户/干系人预期，在压力下推进问题闭环；以客户为中心的交付意识强。
8.基本的英文听说读写能力，能适应纯英文办公环境。"
