A well-known kitchen appliance company
✦Key Responsibilities：
·Lead Asia sourcing strategy for home appliance components.·Negotiate pricing, tooling, payment terms, lead times and capacity.·Manage and develop suppliers in China and Asia, focused on Electronic components, metal components, glass, etc.·Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.·Support supplier selection, qualification and industrialization.·Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery).·Implement risk mitigation and dual sourcing strategies whenerver possible.·Ensure fluent communication with HQ in English.·Regular supplier visits.✦Mandatory Requirements：
·Chinese national, native Mandarin speaker.·Fluent English (daily communication with HQ).·Strong procurement experience in home appliances or similar consumer durables.·Deep knowledge of electronics and metal component suppliers in China.·Proven negotiation and cost management experience.·Experience working with international / foreign HQs.·Based in or willing to move to Zhongshan area.✦Preferred Background：
·Previous role as Procurement Director, Senior Purchasing Manager or Commodity Manager.·Experience with OEM / ODM suppliers.·Ability to work autonomously while aligning with global strategy.✦Base: Zhongshan
