Responsibilities

What you will be doing?

Support oversea delivery daily operation including product listing, order monitoring, customer case handling, and logistic vendor management to ensure smooth operation and maintain good service quality 

Improve workflow streamlining and automation to enhance operational efficiency so as to improve overall experience

Prepare operational/ sales reports for analysis trending and business approaches

Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as designated

Who is our right fit?

Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline

1-2 years experience in Project Management/ Ecommerce is preferred

Fresh graduates are also welcomed

Demonstrates a strong problem solving, planning, organising, communication and coordination skills is essential

Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese

Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Processing

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Operation Associate
