准备从HSBC跳槽的宝子们, 这几个坑千万别踩!
1. Notice Period & Gardening Leave: 我朋友就经历了3个月的gardening leave, 期间不能入职新公司, 所以start date一定要和New Employer提前沟通好。
2. Non-compete: 合同里的竞业限制条款一定要看清楚! 不确定新公司算不算竞争对手, 最好找Legal consultation一下, Spend a little to avoid big troubles。
3. Bonus & Stock: Bonus发了再走! Unvested stock的Loss也要算清楚, 看新公司的sign-on能不能cover呀
4. Confidentiality: 千万别带走任何公司Files and Data, IT监控很严, 被查到The consequences are very serious
