岗位职责:

任职要求：

2. 8年以上相关工作经验，有结构/小家电产品经验优先考虑。
3. 英语听说读写能力良好，可作为工作语言。
4. 具备出色的组织和领导能力，能够有效地管理项目和团队。
5. 对产品设计和开发流程有深入理解，能够识别并解决技术难题。
6. 对市场趋势有敏锐的洞察力，能够根据市场需求调整产品方向。
7. 具有较强的问题解决能力，能够在压力下工作并确保项目顺利进行。

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end NPI/NPD for home electrical products from ideation, concept to production.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk registers across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and compliance teams.
- Ensure designs comply with safety and performance standards; coordinate certification, including testing, non-conformance resolution, and obtaining regulatory marks.
- Oversee prototyping and validation phases, reliability testing, and DFMEA/PFMEA.
- Drive cost reduction (VAVE).
- Serve as primary technical liaison between stakeholders and customers.
- Track and communicate project status, open risks, and go/no-go recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of project management experience in home electrical products or similar electro-mechanical consumer products.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, mold/tooling costs, certification expenses, and manufacturing transfer. PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Experience leading stage-gate development processes.
- Strong background in/familiarity with DFM, DFA, DFMEA, DVT/PVT protocols, and reliability testing.
- Strong working knowledge of safety certification processes and codes.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
