GM Operation Control Center（OCC GM）
1.Supervise dispatch activities, approve flight plans, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations, including CASR Part 121 and ICAO requirements.
2.Experienced on fuel saving, from both fuel consumption & fuel price negotiation perspectives.
3.Manage aircraft performance data, flight procedures, and operational documentation.
4.Provide executive oversight for OCC operations, including crew management, dispatch, and real-time operational decision-making
5.Oversee crew scheduling and utilization in compliance with flight time and fatigue management policies.
6.Ensure all OCC activities meet safety, security, and regulatory standards; support audits and safety programs.
7.Lead OCC teams, monitor KPIs, ensure all staff receive mandatory training and maintain valid licenses, and drive continuous improvement and cost-efficient operations.
